A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE CDUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL, FOR
THE PERIOD OCTOBER 15, 1982 TO OCTOBER 15, 1983, THE MONIES TO BE EXPENDED
FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Palm Beach County, copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North
Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials
are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies
are to be expended from various accounts.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect innediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27th DAY OF JANUARY, 1983.
