RESOLUTION NO. 3-83
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE PENSION BOARD FOR FIRE AND POLICE EMPLOYEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIN BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and she is hereby, appointed
a member of the Pension Board for Fire and Police Employees of the Village
of North Palm Beach. The term of office shall be at the pleasure of the
Village Council.
MARY MARGARET MC VAY
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said urarber shall
be as set forth in Ordinance No. 9-82.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a con-
formed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect in nediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27th DAY OF JANUARY, 1983.
