A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER, AND A SECOND ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE PLANNING COM4[SSION
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby, appointed a
member of the Planning Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a
term ending May 1, 1985.
IVAN SIMI/NS
Section 2. The following person be, and she is hereby, appointed a
Second Alternate Nlember of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission for a
term ending May 1, 1984.
CARROLL SMXOT
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Plawd g Commission
shall be set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance
No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect itmiediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14th DAY OF July, 1983.
