A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER, A FIRST ALTERNATE »IEIBER, AND A SECOND ALTERNATE MEMBER
TO THE PLANNING OJbMTLSSION OF THE VISAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby, appointed a
member of the Planning Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a
term ending May 1, 1985.
JOHN RIDGWAY
Section 2. The following person be, and he is hereby, appointed a
First Alternate Member of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission for a
term ending May 1, 1984.
IVAN SIMMONS
Section 3. The following person be, and she is hereby, appointed a
Second Alternate Member of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission for a term
ending May 1, 1984.
CARROLL SMOOT
Section 4. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning Commission
shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance
No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 5. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 6. This Resolution shall take effect itmiediately upon passage.
