A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COLNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE,
A MUUAL AID AGREEMENT BETWEEN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL OTHER
PARTICIPANTS IN THE EXPANDED 911 SYSTEM FOR PAIM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COLNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Mutual Aid
Agreement between Palm Beach County, Florida, and all other participants in
the expanded 911 System for Palm Beach County, Florida, copy of which is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9th DAY OF JUNE, 1983.
