A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PAIN BEACH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND SETTING
FORTH THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby appoint-
ed members of the Board of Adjustment of the Village of North Palm Beach for
a term ending May 1, 1986.
NARY STEVENS
FRANK YOUNG
SALLY VENZARA
Section 2. The following person is hereby appointed a m tuber of the
Board of Adjustment of the Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1,
1984.
PAMEIA PECKHAM
Section 3. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed
Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for a term
ending May 1, 1984.
JOHN NOSSAL - 1st Alternate
FRANK YURASKO - 2nd Alternate
Section 4. The duties and responsibilities of the Board of Adjust-
ment shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and
Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 5. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the neubers appointed above.
Section 6. This Resolution shall take effect lmtdiately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12th DAY OF MAY, 1983.
