A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT RCEMENT BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed
members of the Code Enforcement Board of the Village of North Palm Beach for
a term ending May 1, 1986.
CLYDE A. DAVENPORT
BRIAN K. O'BRIEN
HYMAN BORAX
Section 2. The following person be, and he is hereby appointed a
member of the Code Enforcement Board of the Village of North Palm Beach for a
term ending May 1, 1985.
DONALD L. MIFFING
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Code Enforcement
Board shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and
Ordinance Nos. 19-79, 25-79 and 16-82 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the nrnbers appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF APRIL, 1983.
