A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COWF9CIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF PRO -CAULK, INC. FOR WATERPROOFING EXTERIOR OF THE
SECOND FLOOR OF THE LIBRARY IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,300.00, FROM ACCOUNT NO.
41-571-46.40 (WATERPROOF LIBRARY EXTERIOR).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Pro -Caulk, Inc. , copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in
accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The names are to be
expended from Waterproof Library Exterior Account No. 41-571-46.40.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14th DAY OF APRIL, 1983.
