A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF MEYERS TURF, INC., WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. FOR GRASS SOD
IN THE AMOUNT OF $.105/PER SQ. MOU, NOT TO EXCEED $16,000.00, FROM ACCOUNT
NUMBER 71-581-63.13 (DEIACORTE PROJECT).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Meyers Turf, Inc., West Palm Beach, Fla,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this accep-
tance. The nnnies are to be expended from Account Number 71-581-63.13
(Delacorte Project).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9th DAY OF DECEMBER 1982.
