BILL YOUNG, NORTH PALM BEACH'S VILLAGE HISTORIAN, is
uniquely qualified to fill that position. Young, who says he's "always been
interested in histories," has been a North Palm Beach resident for 24 of its
25 years and was one of the Village's first two elected councilmen. Young's
official history of North Palm Beach is reproduced inside, and additional
copies can be obtained from the 25th Anniversary Committee or at North
