WHEREASEAS this occasion is a milestone in the history

WHEREAS, phenomenal henomenal growth and potential of this Village will continue throughout the coming years, and
WHEREAS, this Village has established itself as one oft State

e outstanding progressive communities in the grey
of Florida:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, THOMAS F. LEWIS, Mayor of
