The purpose of the festival is
to encourage and foster creative
arts and crafts in the communi-
ty.

event.
All entrants must bring
their work to the old North
Palm Beach Country Club
on Thursday, Nov. 14, be-
tween 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The Arts Festival will
be open from 10 a.m. to 9
p.m. Saturday.
