A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF COX-PALMER, FT. LAUDERDALE FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE VALERIE DELACORTE COMMUNITY CENTER, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $715,972, FROM ACCOUNT NO. 71-581-62.15 AND NO. 71-581-63.13.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Cox -Palmer, copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm
Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials
are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
monies are to be expended from Account No. 71-581-62.15 and No.
71-581-63.13.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8th DAY OF APRIL, 1982.

The undersigned has examined the drawings, specifications and related
documents, the site of the proposed work, being familiar with all the
conditions relating to the construction of the proposed project, including
the availability of materials, labor and service equipment required in
connection with or incidental to the construction of the Valerie Delacorte
Community Center in strict performance with the following specifications,
drawings, and all local codes and ordinances in force within the Village
of North Palm Beach.
We acknowledge the receipt of addendums no.s"A" Dated 3/16/81.
We proposed to perform the work in the following categories as listed and
explained in the invitation to bid for the lump sum(s) as follows:
