BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. The bid of C. R. Dunn,
Florida, copy of which is attached to
Inc., West Palm Beach,
this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach
in accordance with
its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed
to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from Account No. 71-581-63.10 (Allamanda Lighting) as
approved by Council.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23rd DAY OF APRIL, 1981.

specifications therefor, and do hereby agree to furnish all materials,
equipment and labor and to do the work in strict accordance with the
plans, specifications and requirements of the Engineer and to the
satisfaction of the Village of North Palm Beach for the following
