RESOLUTION NO. 27-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF DEBRA TURF & EOUIPMENT CO.
FOR ONE (1) 5-GANG FAIRWAY ROUGH MOWER
IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,489.00 , FROM ACCOUNT NO. 622-572-64.10.
(GOLF COURSE ASSESSMENT - GANG MOWER) .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of DeBra Turf & Equipment Co.
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account No. 622-572-64.10 (Golf Course Asses Sntnt - Gang Mower).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

19 81 .
