A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF WORLD OF CARPETS
FOR PRO SHOP & MEN' S LOCKER ROOM CARPETING - NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB
IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 3,046,18 , FROM ACCOUNT NO. 622-572-62.10
(ASSESSMENT - LOCKER ROOM RENOVATION) .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of World of Carpets
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The ironies are to be expended from
Account No. 622-572-62.10 (Assessment - Locker Room Renovation).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

1981 .
