A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE MUNICIPAL FIREMEN'S
PENSION TRUST FUND BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 175.061, Florida
Statutes, the following persons are hereby chosen and appointed
by the Village Council to be manbers of the Board of Trustees
of the Municipal Firemen's Pension Trust Fund of the Village of
North Palm Beach, to -wit:
Mayor V. A. Marks, M.D.
Fire Chief - Lawrence E. Joyce, Chairman
Firefighter - George J. Warren, Secretary
Firefighter - Robert Mutz
Section 2. William Carson be, and he is hereby, appointed
by the Village Council to be the citizen of the Village who is
the remaining member of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal
Firemen's Pension Trust Fund, in accordance with Chapter 175,
Florida Statutes.
Section 3. In accordance with Chapter 175, Florida
Statutes, the appointments set forth above shall be for a term
of two years from date.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediate-
ly upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF MARCH , 1981.
