RESOLUTION NO. 15-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF BOYN'TON RESTAURANT SUPPLY, INC. FOR ONE HOBART IOW
TEMPERATURE DISHWASHER, MODEL NO. AM-ES-12, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,152.00, FROM
ACCOUNT NO. 631-572-62.11 (KITCHEN RENOVATIONS).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIN BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Boynton Restaurant Supply, Inc., copy of
which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
monies are to be expended from Account No. 631-572-62.11 (Kitchen Renovations).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
appropriation of the funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1981.
