RESOLUTION NO. 13-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEI'IING THE BID OF DeBRA TURF & EQUIPMENT CO. FOR ONE JACOBSEN TRI-PLEX
REEL MOJ'ER, MODEL 67701, IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,995.00, FROM ACCOUNT NO.
622-572-64.10 (MOWING EQUIPMENT).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of DeBra Turf & Equipment Co., copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm
Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are
hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to
be expended from Account No. 622-572-64.10 (Mowing Equipment).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon appropriation of the
funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1981.
