A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF HECTOR TURF AND GARDEN FOR ONE TORO OUTFRDNT ROTARY NYDWER,
MODEL 30780, IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,595.00, FROM ACCOUNT NO. 61.1-581-64.15.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Hector Turf and Garden, copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in
accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The uuuies are to be expended
fran Account No. 61.1-581-64.15.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon appropriation of the funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF JANUARY, 1981.
