A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF CUSHMAN-JEEP FOR ONE THREE -
CAS DU1PSthR VEHICLE,
MODEL 43781, WITH TRADE-IN AND DISCOUNT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,302.79, FROM
ACCOUNT ND. 33-534-64.10 (AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Cushman -Jeep, copy of which is attached to this
Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance
with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise
said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No.
33-534-64.10 (Automotive Equipment).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect imuediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF JANUARY, 1981.
