RESOLUTION NO. 5-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORID&, AMENDING
SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. 41-80, AND APPOINTING A NEW ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF DIREGIURS OF THE FLORIDA INTERGOVERNMENTAL RISK MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (FIRMA).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 41-80 is hereby aiwtided.
Section 2. The Village Manager, Raymond J. Howland, be and is hereby
appointed as the Village's representative on the Board of Directors of FIRMA.
The Director of Finance be and is hereby appointed as an alternate to said Board
of Directors.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy
of this Resolution to FIRMA.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF JANUARY, 1981.
