RESOLUTION NO. 2-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF MOTOROLA COMUNICATIONS & ELECTRONICS, INC., FOR ONE
APCOR-12 WATT SELF-CONTAINED HIGH POWERED PORTABLE FIELD TELEMETRY UNIT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $6,197.00, FROM ACCOUNT NO. 23-526-64.40 (PORTABLE BIO-MEDICAL
TELEI ETRY RADIO).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Motorola Communications & Electronics, Inc.,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village
of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terns. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
Holies are to be expended from Account No. 23-526-64.40 (Portable Bio-Medical
Telemetry Radio).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1981.
