A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PATTI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF DeBRA TURF & INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR ONE 1980
JACOBSEN THREE -GANG RIDING GREENS14D%+lER, MODEL ND. 62219 IN THE AMOUNT' OF
$6,850.00, FROM ACCOUNT' NO. 61.1-581-64.16 (GREENSNDWER).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of DeBra Turf & Industrial Equipment Company,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance.
The monies are to be expended fran Account No. 61.1-581-64.16 (Greensmower).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
