RESOLUTION NO. 46-80
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, READOPTING THE 1979-80 FISCAL YEAR FINAL BUDGET
AS AMENDED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS ITS FINAL BUDGET IS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO
SUBSECTION (2)(c) OF FLORIDA STATUTE 200.065.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065 (2)(g)(2), the
Village of North Palm Beach hereby adopts its prior year final budget,
as amended, and shall expend monies based on said budget until such time
as its tentative budget is adopted pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065(2)(c).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF SEPTER, 1980.
