island) and containing 15.57 acres. The patent is recorded in Dade County Book E page
384, of the Palm Beach County records.

dated 8-May-1897 and recorded 10-May-1897, for the sum of $2 grants a 1/2 interest in
Munyon Island. The deed is recorded in Dade County Book P page 376, of the Palm

December-1916 and recorded 8-June-1917, a 5 year lease for the sum of $11,000. The
lease is recorded in Palm Beach County records in Deed Book 98 page 286. (a hand
written note on the lease, by the county clerk, states that the lease was cancelled by a
deed recorded in deed book 227 page 369)
