A deed from Nathan W. & Caroline Pitts to John Anderson of Volusia County Florida, dated 8-May-1897 and recorded 10-May-1897, for the sum of $2 grants a 1/2 interest in Munyon Island. A teasq is granted by James M. Munyon to Edmund Sens, of New York City, dated 26- December-1916 and recorded 8-June-1917, a 5 year lease for the sum of $11,000. The lease is recorded in Palm Beach County records in Deed Book 98 page 286. (a hand written note on the lease, by the county clerk, states that the lease was cancelled by a deed recorded in deed book 227 page 369) A satisfaction of mortgage was granted by Marvin Preston to James M. Munyon, it was dated 18-June-1917 and recorded 30-June-1917. The satisfaction is for $11,000 and satisfies the mortgage recorded in book 20 page 8.
