FOR ONE 1981, 150 HP MARINER OUTBOARD MOTOR AND INSTALLATION ON VILLAGE'S 20' PRO -LINE FIBERGLASS BOAT INCLUDING CONNECTION OF ALL CONTROLS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,495.00, FROM COUNCIL CONTINGENCY., ACCOUNT NO. 61-519-99.11. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bid of Cimaron Marine, Inc., copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Council Contingency, Account No. 61-519-99.11. Section 2.
