A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PATM BEACH, FLORIDA,
REPEALING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. 11-80, AND APPOINTING A NEW MEMBER
AND AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF. DIRECTORS OF THE FLORIDA INTER-
GOVERIVENTAL RISK MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION . (FIRMA).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 11-80 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The Village Manager, Raymond J. Howland, be and is
hereby appointed as the Village's representative on the Board of Directors
of FIRMA,and the Director of Finance, Donald D. Detsch, be and is hereby
appointed as an alternate to said Board of Directors.
Section 3. This Resolution shall takeeffect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1980.
