A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING RAYMOND J. HOWLAND AS VILLAGE MANAGER OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That RAYMOND J. HOWLAND be, and he is hereby,
appointed and designated Village Manager in and for the Village of
North Palm Beach and he is hereby vested with all the powers and duties
of said office.
Section 2. This appointment shall become effective on August 14,
1980 and shall continue thereafter at the pleasure of the Village Council.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1980.
