A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING RAYMOND J. HOWLAND, ACTING VILLAGE MANAGER OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That RAYMOND J. HOWLAND be, and he is hereby,
appointed and designated Acting Village Manager in and for the Village
of North Palm Beach and he is hereby vested with all the powers and
duties of said office.
Section 2. As and for compensation for the services of said
Raymond J. Howland, he shall be paid the sum of $26,000.00 annually.
Section 3. This appointment shall become effective on
July 11, 1980, at 4:31 EDT, and shall continue thereafter at the
pleasure of the Village Council.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10TH DAY OF JULY, 1980.
