a. CODE AMENDMENT — CODE ENFORCEMENT CITATIONS Discussion concerning a proposed
amendment to the Code of Ordinances to provide a streamlined process for the issuance and
disposition of citations as an alternate method of code enforcement.
REMARKS
b. CODE AMENDMENT — BUSINESS TAX RECEIPTS Discussion concerning a proposed
increase in the existing fee schedule for local business taxes.
REMARKS
c. TELEPHONE AND DATA SYSTEMS Discussion concerning a proposed change from AT&T to
Nuvox Technologies for the provision of telephone and data systems to Village facilities.

This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the
nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to,
