RESOLUTION NO, 10-80
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF KING'S NURSERY FOR 30,000 SQ. FT. FLORITAN
SOD AT $0.1199/SQ. FF. 1N THE AMOUNT OF $3,597.00, FROM ACCOUNT N0. 71-581-63.72
(OSBORNE PARK - BALLFIELD)
BE TT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of King's Nursery, copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in
accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The iun des are to be
expended from Account No. 71-581-63.72 (Osborne Park - Ballfield).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1980.
