A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF CUSHMAN MOTOR SCOOTER SALES FOR TWO
(2) MODEL NO. 43780 DUMPSTERS WITH TRADE-IN IN THE AMOUNT OF
$7,873.00 TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT NO. 33-534-64.10 AND ONE (1)
MODEL NO. 43480 HAULSTER WITH TRADE-IN IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,093.00
TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT NO. 36-572-64.10.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Cushman Motor Scooter Sales, copy
of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended as
follows: $7,873.00 from Account No. 33-534-64.10, and $3,093.00
from Account No. 36-572-64.10.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1979.
