RESOLUTION NO. 29-79
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A TWELVE (12) FOOT EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES
ON THE NORTII TWELVE (12) FEET OF THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK
1, COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTII PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach, Florida,
hereby accepts the dedication of a twelve (12) foot easement for
Public Utilities on the North (12) feet of the South 60 feet of
Lot 14, Block 1, Country Club Addition, as per copy of the Public
Utilities easement attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by
reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10TH DAY OF MAY, 1979.
