A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
AND SETTING FORTH THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment of the
Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1981.
NORMAN BOTT
HYMAN BORAX
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment
for a term ending May 1, 1980.
1st Alternate: JACK FOGG
2nd Alternate: PERCY HOPKINS
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Board of
Adjustment shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida
Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
