RESOLUTION NO. 5-79
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF TRANSI-TRONICS, INC. FOR MAINTENANCE
OF COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,842.00 TO BE
EXPENDED FROM VARIOUS PUBLIC SAFETY AND PUBLIC SERVICES GENERAL FUND
ACCOUNTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Transi-Tronics, Inc., copy of which
is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village
of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended as follows: Account No.
21-521-46.40 - Public Safety $2,830.80; Account No. 24-529-46.60 -
Animal Control $143.40; Account No. 31-534-46.60 - Code Enforcement
$660.00; Account No. 32-590-46.60 - Facility Maintenance $402.60;
Account No. 33-534-46.60 - Sanitation $632.40; Account No. 34-541-46.60
Street Maintenance $86.40; Account No. 35-590-46.60 Vehicle Maintenance
$86.40.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
