A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. AGNES L. ROGERS is hereby appointed a member
of the Library Advisory Board of the Village of North Palm Beach for
a term ending May 1, 1979.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member
shall be as set forth in Resolution No. 19-77.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send
a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1978.
