RESOLUTION NO, 36-78
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
NORTH PALM BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION TO REPLACE DOUGLAS L.
TRETTIEN WHO RESIGNED.
BF. IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby,
appointed an Alternate Member of the North Palm Beach Planning Com-
mission for a term ending May 1, 1979.
Second Alternate: Ben L. Rose
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning
Commission shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida
Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect inunediately
upon passage.
