A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO T}IE NORTH PALM BEACH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
AND SETTING FORTH THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTI] PALM BEACH,
I'LORI DA :
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment of the
Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1980:
SALLY VENZARA
ARNOLD NOBLE
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjust-
ment for a term ending May 1, 1979:
1st. Alternate: JOHN DUNNUCK
2nd. Alternate: HENRY M. ECKES, JR.
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Board of
Adjustment shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida
Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
