RESOLUTION NO. 7-78
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A
DISCLAIMER TO A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOTS 1, 2 AND 3,
BLOCK 39, PLAT NO. 3 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign a disclaimer to
a certain utility easement granted to the Village of North Palm
Beach, as per copy of the disclaimer attached hereto, marked
Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23RD DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1978.

DISCLAIMER
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, a
municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, does
by these presents disclaim any interest in and to the following
described property owned by Tropical Sands Christian Church and
Department of Church Ext., FCMS Inc., 311 Southwind Drive, North
Palm Beach, Florida, situate, lying and being in the Village of
North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, to -wit:
That certain utility easement lying on Lots 1, 2 and
3, Block 39, Plat No. 3 of the Village of North Palm
Beach, as shown on said plat on file in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach
County, Florida
in that the same is no longer needed for utility easement purposes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the duly authorized officers of said
Village have hereunto set their hands and affixed the Seal of
said Village this 23rd day of February, 1978.

Clerk of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, a municipal
corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, to me known
and known to be the persons described in and who executed the
foregoing Disclaimer and
thereof to be their free
uses and purposes therein
severally acknowledged the execution
act and deed as such officials for the
expressed, and that they affixed thereto
the Seal of said Village and the said instrument is the said act
and deed of said municipal corporation.
