A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 37-77 AND ACCEPTING THE BID OF
JENKINS LANDSCAPE, INC. FOR 71 MAHAGONY TREES IN THE AMOUNT OF
$4,970.00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 71-405.30.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 37-77 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The bid of Jenkins Landscape, Inc., copy of
which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account No. 71-405.30.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13 DAY OF OCTOBER, 1977.
