A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 36-77 AND ACCEPTING BID OF KING'S
NURSERY FOR 160,000 SQUARE FEET OF CERTIFIED TIFWAY 419 BERMUDA SOD
IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,200.00 (12 PER SQUARE FOOT) FROM ACCOUNT NO.
71-411.12.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 36-77 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The bid of King's Nursery, copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. 71-411.12.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
