RESOLUTION NO. 40-77
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, REQUESTING THAT PALM BEACH COUNTY CONSTRUCT,
MAINTAIN AND CONTROL A TRAFFIC SIGNAL LIGHT AT THE INTERSECTION
OF SOUTIIWIND DRIVE AND NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD, AT NO COST TO
THE: VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of North Palm Beach hereby
requests that Palm Beach County construct, maintain and control the
traffic signal light to be installed at the intersection of Southwind
Drive and Northlake Boulevard, at no expense to the Village of North
Palm Beach.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to forward a
certified copy of this Resolution to the Board of County Commissioners
of Palm Beach County.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25 DAY OF AUGUST 1977.
