A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA ACCEPTING THE BID OF KINGS NURSERY FOR 105.000 SQUARE
FEET OF CERTIFIED TIFWAY 419 BERMUDA SOD IN THE AMOUNT OF
$20,299.00 AT 12 PER SQUARE FOOT FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER 71-411.10.

FLORIDA:
BE IT RESOLVED TY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. The bid of Kings Nursery, copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of
this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account
Number 71-411.10.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28th DAY OF JULY 1977.
