RESOLUTION NO. 29-77
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE NORTH PALM
BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION AND SETTING FORTH HIS TERM OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY -THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby,
appointed a member of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission,
for the term set forth opposite his name:
Mr. Joseph Hamzy, Jr. (Land Use Planner or 1-year term
Architect)
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the
Planning Commission shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II,
Florida Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North
Palm Beach.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect im-
mediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9 DAY OF JUNE, 1977.
