RESOLUTION NO. 23-77
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT AND SETTING FORTH THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for
the term set forth opposite their names:
A. Porter 3-year term
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed Alternate Members to the North Palm Beach Board of
Adjustment for a one-year term:
First Alternate: J. Dunnuck
Second Alternate: S. Venzara
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Board of
Adjustment shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida
Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28 DAY OF APRIL, 1977.
