A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALM
BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION AND SETTING FORTH THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
FLORIDA:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission, for
the term set forth opposite their names:
D. Omura (Land Use Planner or Architect) 1-year term
R. Schwab (Architect) 2-year term
G. Crocker (Civil Engineer) 2-year term
R. Price (Business person engaged in
business in North Palm Beach) 2-year term
H. Floyd 1-year term
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission
for a term of one year:
First Alternate: P. Enders
Second Alternate: D. Mattson
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning
Commission shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida
Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28 DAY OF APRIL, 1977.
