A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ABOLISHING THE TENNIS ADVISORY BOARD BY REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 11-75.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 11-75 created a Tennis Advisory Board,
established its composition, duties and responsibilities; and
WHEREAS, the need for a Tennis Advisory Board has been obviated
by changes in the Country Club organization;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE•IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Tennis Advisory Board in hereby abolished and
its members relieved of the duties and responsibilities of membership
thereof.
Section 2. Resolution No. 11-75 is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect on May 1, 1977.
