A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF PIONEER MEDICAL DIVISION, AQUONICS,
INC. FOR TELEMETRY COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,042.20
TO BE EXPENDED AS FOLLOWS: $27,928.00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 12-408
(1975-76 BUDGET) AND $114.20 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 12-408 (1976-77 BUDGET).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Pioneer Medical Division, Aquonics,
Inc., copy of which is attached to the Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms.
The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended as follows:
$27,928.00 from Account No. 12-408 (1975-76 budget) and $114.20
from Account No. 12-408 (1976-77 budget).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10 DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1977.
