A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE'VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the
Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1978:
Dr. Milton Tignor
Lawrence Dallin
James Saunders
Betty French
The following persons be, and they are hereby, appointed
members of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of North
Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1977:
Robert Engler
Frances Wilson
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall be as set forth in Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
